This policy explains what personal information Vistic Solutions (“we”, “us”) collects through visticsolutions.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

  • Contact form: your name, email address, message, and any file you choose to attach. The form sends this to us by email. Attached files are deleted from our web server as soon as the email is sent.
  • Comments: if you comment on an article, we store your name, email address, website (optional), comment, IP address and browser details to help prevent spam. Your email address is never shown publicly.
  • Phone and WhatsApp: if you call or message us, we receive your phone number and whatever you choose to share. WhatsApp messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
  • Server logs: like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address, browser type and pages requested) for security and troubleshooting.

How we use it

We use your information only to reply to your enquiry, discuss and deliver projects you ask about, moderate comments, and keep the website secure. We do not sell your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Cookies

We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If you leave a comment, you can choose to save your name and email in a cookie so you do not have to type them again; this cookie lasts one year. Logged-in site administrators also receive login cookies.

Third-party content and links

App icons on our portfolio are loaded from Google Play, so Google may receive your IP address when you view those pages. Links to WhatsApp, Google Play and Instagram take you to those services, which have their own privacy policies.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to respond and to manage any resulting project, and for records we are required to keep by law. Comments and their metadata are kept until the comment is removed.
